Rahma Foundation was established under the General Directorate of Foundations based on the decision of the Civil Court No. 12 in Gaziantep Province, with the number 537/2021-2022/148, issued on 14/04/2022.

Since 2022, the foundation has been providing educational, training, health, artistic, cultural, social, economic services, and humanitarian aid in the province where it was established, throughout Türkiye, and in northern Syria.
